Woodárt is a manufacturer of timber-frame and modular houses, saunas, gazebos and garden sheds in Krasnodar. Our own timber yard and a heated workshop of 1,300 m² let us control both the materials and the quality of every build.
We design, manufacture, deliver and install on a turnkey basis across Russia. The price and specification are fixed in the contract, and we send photo and video reports at every stage.

Garden sheds and gazebos from 3 days, saunas from 15 days, modular houses from 20 days and timber-frame houses from 30 days. If the model you need is in stock, we deliver on the day you get in touch. The exact time depends on the specification, the complexity of the project and the workshop schedule - all deadlines are fixed when the contract is signed.
Yes, but a light one: usually screw piles or a pier foundation. We choose the type to suit the soil on your plot - it is faster and cheaper than a classic strip foundation.
Of course. We take a standard design as the starting point and adapt it to your needs - floor area, number of rooms, window positions and the terrace.
Yes. We use 150 mm stone wool insulation, so the house holds heat well and is comfortable to live in all year round.
No, delivery is not included in the price of the building and is calculated separately. It depends on the address, the distance and the delivery format. The final amount is fixed in the contract.
