Garden sheds from 2 days, gazebos from 3 days, saunas from 15 days, modular houses from 20 days and timber frame houses from 30 days. The exact time depends on the specification, the complexity of the project and the workshop schedule - all deadlines are fixed when the contract is signed.
Yes, but a light one: usually screw piles or a pier foundation. We choose the type to suit the soil on your plot - it is faster and cheaper than a classic strip foundation.
Of course. We take a standard design as the starting point and adapt it to your needs - floor area, number of rooms, window positions and the terrace.
Yes. We use 150 mm mineral wool insulation, so the house holds heat well and is comfortable to live in all year round.
No, delivery is not included in the price of the building and is calculated separately. It depends on the address, the distance and the delivery format. The final amount is fixed in the contract.
